Guests must review the waiver prior to booking the trip 

For multi day trips 50% deposit due upon booking; balance due 90 days prior

For single day trips and instructional programs, full payment is required upon booking

If you decide to cancel the trip within 90 days of it starting, no refunds will be given - we recommend trip cancellation insurance. 

If you cancel a trip more than 90 days prior to the start, you will receive a refund minus a $75 administration fee.
